1. A chatroom.
2. Auctions (in the chatroom) and in the forum.
3. Perhaps a forum currency? Similar to the namepros NP$, they use a "Bank" which converts paypal $$$ to NP$, and NP$ back to real money.

The chatroom auctions would be like a once a week event. An auction for domains, scripts, sites... etc.,

Please refer to the other chatroom thread Chris pointed out for #1.

#2 sounds interesting, this may be something to consider when we add more features to our site.

#3 is something we are looking into, though not quite as you have described.
