Have just read the explanation of Talkupation posted by Tim Schroeder in News and Announcements. I had been trying to find an explanation and just stumbled over this. I think it would be helpful to have this appear in FAQs where I tried to find the explanation. Perhaps I'm just thick but this explanation seems well hidden.
