Dan look all the way up and to the right in the black header. Click on the link "We Share Ad Revenue' and it's all explained there.
The basics though are you need to have an AdSense account. Then you take your publisher id from AdSense and add it here. You add it through your control panel. It's the link at the bottom appropriately enough called 'AdShare.'
The revenue is split between the admins, the thread starter and the last to post in a thread. If you're one of those then the chances that your code is the one used when a person visits a thread is:
Admins 25%
Thread Starter 50%
Last to Post 25%
So if you happen to start a thread every other time someone looks at that thread it will be your code and if that person happens to click you get the revenue.
