This is a great layout; however, the reflection on the logo is messed up. I do have to say that this is one of the few that can consider themselves "professional" layouts.

the logo is not messed up. Thats a new logo type style I believe it is called reflective like in water.

I know what you were trying to do. There's nothing new about it, in fact its extremely old. Here is an image for you to look at. Notice that not only the logo reflected, but so is the avatar/character. Also, you'll notice that the text is faded. A reflection fades off, you will never find the entire reflection there, unless of course you're looking in a mirror, which in that case you would have 100% opacity as well.

Thanks a lot for the comments - and yes, the logo could do with a little tweaking to include the character. I was shooting for a "table-top" reflection rather than a "water-top" one, which doesn't necessarily call for any fade-out; however I really should have tapered it outwards.... all minor details, and the entire logo can be tweaked for the buyer =)

Now willing to accept offers over $75 for this - remember you're not just buying the design, but also fully coded, standards compliant, "table-less" xhtml/css too.
