Templates For Sale

I was previously searching for new jobs; however, I was thinking about the template market. So I basically wanted to post this here to find out what type of templates all of you are looking for. I could then start from there, and then work from there. If any of you could make a suggestion, either here or pm me, to let me know in what types of templates you'd be interested in seeing, please let me know.

I am asking what type of templates are you looking for. I'm looking to start designing templates, and I'm trying to see what most of the webmaster's here are interested in (ie. Gaming, Real Estate, blog, forum, etc.).
