This layout includes PHP code. It has an automatic updating date for the news section. It also has a contact form. I have coded heavily so all you have to do is insert your email and set up your hosting. Once that is done all messages that go through there should go to the email you specified. Also all the menus use php so you can update them in one spot and it fixes them on all pages. It is currently fully coded and done.
