yes absouletly, i have the JA DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP, which allows me to run the templates on unlimited domains, also once my member ship is run out i can continue running the templates anyway, therefor it allows you to sell the templates.

I'm guessing that this offer was against the TOS, hence the change of the first post.
