This is very easy to update as it uses PHP and .inc files. Theres about 10 Files max to this template. I can promise you its very easy to update, even a total n00b could do it. I was due to promote it to some companys online that have poor designs, but havnt got the time. Im sure with some promotion you could resell this to a number of clients.
The price im asking for is $50, and id be willing to sell it to 3 people only. If you wish for it to be a unique template for yourself only it will cost $110, by paying the $110 you get reseller rights and legal ownership of the website, and for good messure ill throw in the domain name www.tutorialdaddy.com
