Okay, I want a unique, nice and clean template for my hosting company;
Unsold
Full Master rights
Included .PSD
Sliced and coded
Must not look like all the other common hosting sites (truly unique design)
Very clean, not too much going on.
No specific theme.
I want to be able to add to the navigation easily (for extra services)
Budget - $40, but can differ depending on the quality

My requirements are in the initial post, also I'd like it to have a main colour, rather than just white/silvery. Maybe a theme colour of Green or Blue?

40 bucks for a fully coded site is really to low, for anyone to get intrested. 40 bucks for a unique uncoded design is still abit low... i have a completely unique template which is uncoded, but i can slice, and give you the html.. it's here http://www.webmaster-talk.com/templa...-for-sale.html

But if you wanna stick within your budget, your going to have to buy a regular temp, which everyone can use im afraid amigo.

When I said 'coded' - I simply meant BASIC coding, thing like button/hyperlinks already set up etc... no PHP or mod-cons involved. And I didn't ask for a 'fully coded site'... just a template. Anyway I'm looking for something REALLY simple, but still a real pleaser to the eye. I don't beleive $40 is too little, unless I see something and feel it is worth more - then my budget can bend.
