I am looking to sell my Teams gaming website. This website was made by Flame from www.clantemplates.com (custom) and a CMS was implemented into it by myself.
I spent around 15 + hours incorporating the CMS into it so it works perfect.

The website has some sentimental value to me; as odly as that seems, it is true. If the price is right I will sell it.
