I created this Directory template for a guy who did not have any cash so I came here to sell it.

Price: only 10$
Unique Price: only 25$

Price is the price for buing this PSD template and unique price is the price to own this template as yours. That means if you buy unique price you are the author of this template

and also no one else can buy this template anymore.

The template has one PSD file that is the main page. It has well organized folders within the PSD file so modifying the PSD is fun.
