I've gotten to quite liking making WP templates again, this is a basic version of something i'm going to turn into a real premium template. It's a fixed 770 view with transparent nav bar, it's not just a trick, it really is transparent.
It has custom plug ins that display the last four comments and posts in the footer. It has lovely icons, It even has some extra parts i've coded in for adding links. There's a small selection of stars to choose from too.
