You get full rights on those templates - sell them, re-design them and do what ever you want with them!
Each design is being sold once for 40$. If you want more than one, the price will be lower.
The designs are PSD files only, if you want it coded, I can connect you with someone who will do it for 30-40$ (depends on the complexity of it)
