Hello,
I need a custom hosting design ASAP. My budget is about 150$ U.S paid via Paypal.
I've gone through several designers and have come up short. My terms are :
- I need a low quality hosting design image sent to me before I make a deposit
- This needs to be done quickly. If you need time to code it, just sent me the sliced PSD and I will have someone else do it.
- I would like to have it based off softlayer.com. I like the concept and the flow : Clean, simple, sharp. However, I do not want a copy of SL.
