There are many sites cashing on adsense templates. But very few are selling real adsense-seo friendly templates. I have experience. i purchased two months back from some one. There was huge material but everything in php. Worthless if you are a newbie, and don't know progrmming. All the set of 5 cd is now crap for me eating dirt. Lesson i learned: Don't buy any templates on impulse.
