Have many great template, you can use them to create your idea when design template yourself or use them to create website is very easy
All template include:

Would you mind posting some examples of your work?

Have you designed all 14,000 templates yourself?

If you downloaded them from other internet sites do you have the resell rights?

Do you think he have realy the right ? Do you think he mades this templates himself ?

14000 templates for 3000$ is 0.2$ per template.
If you know one designer working for this price ... say it to me .. i search ... i search ...
