I have done this before but I forget how to?

Somewhere in the config file?

$cfgServers[$i]['only_db'] = "My\_Data\_Base'; // If set to a db-name, only
// this db is displayed
// at left frame
// It may also be an array
// of db-names

$cfgServers[$i]['only_db'] = array('db1','db2');

you can use array('*'); to show all the databases

and of course the username you logon with, will need the correct privileges.
