Is there such thing as a really bad ER Model diagram? I can seem to find 10 different ways to build a diagram is that bad? One of my main questions I am currently working on is a sports team er diagram. question:

A database is being constructed to keep track of the teams and games of a sport league. A team has a number of players, not all of whom particpate in each games. It is desired to keep track of the players participating in each game for each team, the positions they played in that game, and the result of the game.

I am doing this diagram based on a hockey team.

well from my knowledge er model is sumthin of how u perceive a business...so i dont think it as bad...just give a good explanation with it
