I was wondering how this can be done or a link to a website where I can read about it.

I want to use one sql database and have the members from 2+ scripts use the same database. I'm figuring I'll need to convert one of the sql databases to use the other one right?

For example a classifieds script and a gallery script, members can sign into either script and then be signed into both scripts.

Server side code question really;

Options:
Rewrite the scripts to use one membership table and login.

Write some code to log users in and call the login routines for each script from that.

It depends entirely on what the scripts are and what server side code they run on.

I doubt that you will find a detailed tutorial on what you need to do as it will need for someone to have done the exact same thing before and to have published it.
You may have to piece the bits together from support forums on the scripts (if there are any) or if the script programmers have commented the various bits of code that make up the login system.

It probably won't be a trivial task.
