Looking for some help here.

How would I go about creating the following :

A website that is at the moment 100% HTML Based.

I am wanting to create it so it is database driven.

It is for a FIFA 5 v 5 Online League.

Teams play each other on XBOX LIVE then report he results back, inlcuding scorers.

Teams also have a set fund and transfer value, when a player is transferred the fund is automatically deducted from the teams finances.

When results are submitted, either the league table and individual player stats are AUTOMATICALLY updated, or are submitted to Moderators who can then easily input the player stats and results into the database and it updates and re configures the league table accordingly, aswell as player stats.

If I have been unclear let me know.

Looking to see if there is any tutorials out there that can help me achieve this, or how much it would cost to get this to be set up by somebody.

You would take the story you just told, break it up into a list of entities, then find the important properties of each entity, and model this in a schema with tables and columns. Then you would write some stored procedures to make the changes you need, and some views or procs to compile the data you need to output from the system.

How much would it cost me to get somebody to do this for me?
