I am working on a website for non-profit and they want to create an online database that tracks their "Event Volunteer's time".

Basically they want their volunteers to log in the website, log the hours spent at each event and then have that posted to an online database that shows how many hours each person has spent. I CANNOT find anything on the web about "How to Create Time Sheet" as all my searches have guided me to paid software recurring monthly fees.

If someone can help guide me in the right direction to get this started, i would greatly appreciate it. Send me a link or inform me of how you may have created your own online time tracking system.
