I have a dead site that I practice php stuff on. I am VERY new to databases so I am sorry for such a basic question. Don't know what I did, but when I log in to my phpMyAdmin page now, it appears I have lost all of my privileges. I cannot create a new database nor make changes to any database that I have. I get error:
#1044 - Access denied for user 'myusernamehere'@'localhost' to database '%'

There is nothing of any importance in these databases, I am just using them to learn.(And not doing a good job of that, ha!)

Does anyone have an idea on how I can restore my privileges? I tried resetting passwords from cpanel and re-installing phpmyadmin. This is a Yahoo site(I had laying around).
