Basically my parents run a shop and its getting quite hard to store files now because they just use a basic paper based system (stuck in the last century

) Well I offered to build a database that would be easy for them to use and well I'm stuck

Ive identified all the fields I need to include (listed below) Ive been told by a friend that ideally you should do it to 3rd or 4th normal form? IVe had a look at some tutorials on the net and none of them have really helped. Im fine building databases but its just normalising I cant do.. any chance any one here can look over my fields and help?
