Hello- I'm new to all this, but you guys look like you live and breath it. I'm a lawyer trying to build a new type of website. It will look and work about 99% the same as a real-estate sales site, where new homes for sale can be located by zip code, or five other search fields. I figure to try to buy a failed real-estate site, make the one or two changes needed, and go to market with my concept. Why recreate the wheel when one sits right there. Anyway, great idea- if I knew what I was doing on the web. I need help and don't know how to find the right kind of help. Everyone else seems able to do these things in a reasonable time.
Anyone looking for a partnership on a new business idea?
