Syncing A Website Form with Microsoft Access?

I want to add a registration form to my website that is somehow synced with Microsoft Access 2010 so whenever a user fills out the form on my site, it sends/records the information to a specific Access database (I'm using the Call Tracker template at the moment).

Is this possible? If so, what do I do?

Thanks!
