I know what I want in terms of functions, but not in term of which software to use, or type of date base, so if you tell me what I'm looking it would be very appreciated .

Where I work, we have to fill up report everyday, and often our answers are the same day after day, and I would like to fill up the report in a database software and then be able to draw stat from it.

Ex :

For question 2, there has been answer '' Video games" 120 times, "reading" 40 times, etc.

I don't know if I was clear, if you need more detail or clarification just tell me and I'll try to express myself in a different way. Otherwise, do you have any idea of what software (online or offline), could give me that ?

and in SQL it would be,
