Hello,

I just went to a new server (centos 5), and I try to upload a file in phpMyAdmin and i get this error:

o data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file
size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

The file I tried to upload is a very small one, it contains one table with one row, I made it for test.

I have phpmyadmin: 3.2.4
MySQL client version: 4.1.22
PHP Version 5.3.1

Also I changed my php.ini values as follows:

post_max_size = 750M
upload_max_filesize = 750M
max_execution_time = 5000
max_input_time = 5000
memory_limit = 1000M

It doesn't matter what file I try to upload I get the same error (

Please help me.

Should we guess at what the file contains?

Looks like a job for your hosting provider tech support then.

I have an unmanaged dedicated server. If I enter phpmyadmin from whm I can upload, but if I enter phpmyadmin from Cpanel I get the above mentioned error.

To fix this issue update cpanel to the latest stable build.

If you have root access you can do this from WHM If not contact your host and ask that they update to the latest stable to fix the phpmyadmin problem.
