I am running a 400gig SQL 2005 database, I am having a problem with scanning input from multiple users in TIFF formats which is consuming larger amounts of memory then I would like. There is scanning input from many sources and unfortunatley and to my extensive frustration  the front program (TIME MATTERS if anyone is familiar with it) does not allow me to lock down the default to PDF. Any ideas on how I can restrict the file type saved to the SQL table or to actual drive ? I'd like have a msgbox telling the user to SCAN PDF!!! |
