Hello there.

I have to say at first that i am complete noob about sql, and i have just started with learning it.
What i would like to explore, is how to inserd content from some web page to a sql tables?
For example, i have a .xml file, which i want to insert into database from time to time, so later i can show values from db on my site.
Which syntax should be used for that, and is it actually possible to do that?

You'll have to parse the XML data somehow before building a sql query. Without know what language you're using there isn't much more I can say. XML does not necessarily conform to the relational model so you may have to do some normalization.

Without knowing the structure of the XML file it is impossible to suggest a table structure or give you any example queries. I suggest you start learning some of the basics before moving ahead:
