Get all table names from a database?

Is it possible to query a database and have it return all of the names of the tables in it?

Or return all of the tables that start with "page_" or something?

Figured it out.

Code:
SHOW TABLES FROM dbname;
and to "search" for a certain name:

Code:
SHOW TABLES FROM dbname LIKE 'page_%';
will search for tables starting with "page_"
