Need help with a field constraint in oracle

I'm very new to Oracle, and this is probably a pretty simple question to most.

I'm trying to put a constraint on a field so that when entering data it must be the letter m, followed by 4 numbers, for example 'm0001','m0002' etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou
