I noticed this with some hosts that use cpanel you can's run sql in phpmyadmin is that my fault or theres. When i go into phpmyadmin it says i have no privileges. What is that suppost to mean.

You should contact your host.

No priveldges would mean that you have no power to add a new database. A lot of hosts have a set number of databases that you are allowed, you can then put loads of tables within that database, so that is not a problem.

To add a new database you normally have to do it through their admin area.

Many hosts also allow you to use sql in phpmyadmin. This is not a problem.
