i am changing hosts from 100webspace to awardspace and i have a blog on 100webspace, http://futilesoul.coconia.net/blog and awardspace is going to be my host for futilesoul.com - which is not currently up.
Is there any way to get all of my blog (using wordpress) info and get it onto my new host?
any help is appreciated.

How do you currently manage your data base? I'm assuming it's a MySQL data base, so if you have access to a web interface like phpMyAdmin, you should be able to download a backup of your data base in .sql format.
