I am pretty new to the world of MySQL and PHP and I'm looking to do something specific for my site. I know that it is possible but I'm not sure exactly how to execute it. Currently I have a MySQL Database on my site that contains the logins for my members and redirects them to the member page, I was wondering if there is a way to connect my forums to the login MySQL database. Currently I have no forum files on my server, just a remotely hosted forum through someone else, but if it's possible I will add the files so that I can connect them. If somebody knows of a tutorial on this then please link here.
