i am using asp + ms access on my virtual web site.
i want to manage the access file,but i would not like to download it ,then modify and upload it again.
if any tools can help me?

Just write your own control panel.

If you have a static IP, ask your webhost whether you can have access for an ODBC connection. This is will allow you to connect to the webserver on another port used expressly for database connections. If permitted, you can link your tables in the local Access DB to the website's Access DB.

All you have to before linking your tables is to create a system ODBC connection on your computer.

Maybe asp+access is used less then php+(other db) on virtual web site?
anybody could let me know if it is the truth?
