I cant seem to think at the moment, What is a schema? Its basically the structure of a database, right?

And how do you show your schema for a database? Simply list the breakdown of relations, attributes, etc?

yep that's about it, the geometry of the relationships.

how to show it depends on who you are trying to impress

You could be very colourful and have pretty graphics and line links or just a list of the tables showing PKs and FKs.
