If there is anyone out there who wants free databases, I know of several ways to get 100% free ones. Visit base portal for a free online database (although this can be fairly complex), or visit openoffice.org to get a free office suite which includes a database (named base). This is relatively similar to Microsoft Access and therefore can be uploaded the same as Access can be.
