im not really sure what im asking here really, but im looking for a way to publish information in catergorys, and allow users to sumbit additional information that needs to be approved before being added, i was thinking of using some bulletin board software set up with the correct permissions, is there a better way though?

any advice is appreacited...

just about any blog or forum script will do that.
