I am not sure why, but when I log into PhpMyAdmin I get a No Privileges message for creating new databases in MySQL - 4.1.11-standard.

How can I turn the permission back on?

has the username you logon with ever had Global Access ?

Is this on a host? its common with hosts as they make you create databases through other means to limit the amount of databases you can have.

Yeah - That sounds about right - I have unlimited mysql, but I still have to create new db in cPanel and cannot do it in phpMyAdmin
