My friend and I are looking to set up a website where people can upload/download videos and images based in a specific niche market on the web. We are aware that it will involve some sort of server side coding (probably php?) but we would like it to be nice and simple to use and set up - preferably template based . At a later date we will be wanting to add further features such as a forum, blog page, possible a for sale page and maybe more. between us we have a fairly good general knowledge of using progrmmes such as Illistrator, Photoshop and similar progrmmes but when it comes to web design we are near enough novices. This is why we feel that using a web design programme with templates and that codes for you would be far easier and quicker for us.
If anyone could recomend a programme that would be suitable for our needs that I outlined above it would be most appreciated. Alternatively if anyone is interested in maybe building our site for u then we would also be interested in any quotes you may have.
