I reminded myself what BCNF actually was over at Wikipedia
However, I find their example obvious/trivial in comparison to the above. It seems a bit too abstract for me to get my head around at the moment.
Hopefully someone else will come along with a bit better database head than me, but I'll check back and have another go at this later if you still need help.

Thanks for your reply damien_ls, I also read BCNF in Wikipedia but as you said their example is pretty obvious, I couldn't find a way to apply it to my table.

That seems to be the main point to note, but I'm still non-the-wiser about how you would apply that theory to your example table as I don't see any column that has a dependency on another?
