I know a little enough of mySQL to be dangerous!

I've collected some data, and am wanting to do a backup.

How do you backup mySQL database? I've got access to phpMYadmin.

Help is much appreciated!

In phpMyadmin, select your database.
On the screen with the list of the tables, select the export tab, there you go...
