Do people read the tech news forum? A lot of the posts in there never get any replies. This is the coolest thing ever, so I hope the mods can forgive me for double posting, but I wanted to share the news before Tim's post got lost in the stack.
I wrote a post on my blog a long time ago about two of the best books in history. I quoted the very end of both of them. - Gatsby believed in the green light, the orgastic future that year by year recedes before us. It eluded us then, but that’s no matter - tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther … and one fine morning -
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
- It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.
Next time I write a post like this, well, about one book in particular, I can use either the text of the book ( and not have to type it first!) or an image of the pages. Which is gonna rock for really old books.
Here's a blog I have nothing to do with, showing an example using Oliver Twist. It was in the post in the tech news forum, but since this is very Google related, I think people will forgive me the double post:

I'd link to Google's API instead, but I don't know where to find it. A good starting point for anyone who wants to put this in their site might be http://code.google.com/ tho.
