A few weeks ago, the web was talking about Google's latest move, the acquisition of Postini, a company which is able to bring new security features to the super giant. In case you didn't know, Postini is a firm focused on security effortsspecially addressed to corporate users no matter whether the targeted technologies are email solutions or instant messaging clients. Using this firm, Google will improve the security of Apps, a suite of utilities which bundles numerous products developed by the Mountain View company such as Gmail, Google Talk or Google Calendar. Google paid $625 million for Postini which will work as an independent company but will allow the search giant to implement its technologies and add a little bit more security to its products.
