How Often to click on ads to get banned
Tell me how often malicious one person could click on my ads to get me banned, is it 1 time per minute or what? How does adsense figure out when it's acceptable rate of clicking or not
Any clues?

It's not that simplistic, and unless you get several accounts and test them, you are unlikely to find out.

WELL it a lot less then you think as my work parnter in his wisdom clicked 4 times a day for 1 week and bang banned my account from google and still baned even thow i never did the clicking so it not worth the clicks to earn your small bucks.

Your partner committed fraud. You can't blame Google for defending themselves.

I don't know what's the point on clicking your ads yourself. I mean, we all know that its not a good thing to do but, why they still do it? Such a big waste of time isn't it?

Just for getting revenue.

Clicking on the google ads repeatedly is the stupidest things to do. Any PPC engine would have their own threshold to protect their advertisers and ofcourse google is the leader in search tech, why should you risk it.

Hopefully google knows when it is not you clicking on ads. And wow, 1 time per minute? The bann would probably occur after 5 minutes.

I think the time is not important, but the click from exact IP. I have had the same problem with my friend and do not cooperate with him.

Remember Google's main obligation is to their advertisers - the people paying for those clicks - not to the people hosting the ads. Keep in mind site owners just have to find a different affiliate, while some company (anything from eBay to mom n pop shop) is giving up their earnings to find more customers. If I was an advertiser I wouldn't care who tried to cheat me, I'd just want it to stop.

All the same.. But what if someone does the dirty job in your website. Your Ad sense account will be banned straight away. You cannot stop other persons keeping on clicking your ads. This is ridiculous isn't it. They should figure out some other way to prevent this before kicking you out.

Clicking on your own adverts is ridiculously bad and greedy, its not like you gain much more money and in the long run advertisers will pull out or bid less if they are not getting results. Time could be better spent getting advertisers directly who pay much more. AdSense is good and better than most Affiliate banners but no way is it greater than direct or agency adverts.

Who knows how banning works but I presume the IP is recorded each time you log into your account and could also be linked to the Google Toolbar. Alternatively or as well I also presume it could be a quality score regardless of IP making it hard for competitors to ban established sites but easy to ban new sites.

Google has Machine and Human to track click fraud. If you web is not black hat don't worry. I used to get banned in the first account for the same computer that click every week and also some often referer.
I believe if your click come from SE that's very clear you do not get any BANNED.

No one knows except of google.....As soon as google recognise it as an unnatural or invalid click...

Ugh...Don't click on your own ads. Don't have your family members click on your ads. Don't have your co-workers click on your ads. I don't even tell anyone my URL because I'm afraid they'll click my ads to "help" me out and end up getting me banned.

I'm always amazed when I see these kind of threads. Next we'll be seeing the "I got banned from Adsense" post from this guy. Learn SEO and how to get legitimate clicks on your ads and you'll see how much more money you can make from Adsense if you do it right. It's not worth losing out on that long-term income just for a few extra clicks when you're starting out.

The reality is that Google is in business to make a profit. They have advertisers - paying customers - and they have distribution affiliates - web sites that carry the advertising and get paid to drive customers to it. There are a lot more affiliate web sites wanting to get paid than there are paying customers. The law of supply and demand, plus the law of "the customer is always right," says that when these two groups come in conflict, any intelligent broker is going to side with the paying customers whose trust they worked hard to earn.

That could be from you clicking your own ads, or it could be from someone you upset on a forum somewhere, taking revenge "click bombing" you. Only one of the three parties cares what actually happened: the advertiser doesn't, Google doesn't, but the site owner does. That's just the reality of the market place.

Now, as good as Google is at "organizing the world's information," I'm pretty sure they keep a list of all the IP addresses a person uses to log into any of their g-accounts, and bounces this against their invalid clicks.

you shouldnt be clicking the ads. every time you click that add, yes your getting money, but there is some poor person the other end who has to pay for every click you make, this is called click fraud, so i personally hope they close your account down soon!

i hate to be harsh, but your inconsideration for the other person paying for those clicks realy annoys me!!!!

Try to clicked your ads 5 succeeding times and you will get ban.
