Hi,

I try to submit sitemap to google, but google said that it's (Unsupported file format) I had create the site map from http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and uploaded to my website , i want submit the site map to yahoo and msn as well.

If the site map is wrong what is the proeblem and how or from where i can create supproted file fromat sitemap

xml-sitemaps.com have their own forum where I am sure you would stand a much greater chance of success. Apologies for changing the topic slightly but my own Google sitemaps are updated on the fly directly from the database so I have to do ZERO work. I find the processes and the idea of having to upload a sitemap a waste of time and the vast majority of sites do not need one unless they are having bandwidth issues caused by spiders. Pages are indexed quicker but they do not rank at all until link analysis has been done the regular way.

Create a sitemap by hand. I fyou are inter-linking your pages as you should be than you should have no difficulties getting your pages indexed. On top of that a hand made sitemap makes for a great directory for youf vistors

These days Google shows sitemap errors very frequently. Every time I resubmit the sitemap, it shows some error.

A little tip, if you use the XML format, which is standard among search engines, place a link on your homepage to it. This helps SEs find it, also don't forget to setup your robots.txt file. A small as these things are I personally believe they all help.
