Anyone using it. Im just starting, but not getting anywhere.

I would like something I can upload and download gpx routes and display them on the screen.

But the main thing right now is making videos and using the maps.

First, lets hear who is using the google maps api?

I am...but not for videos.

A word of warning: it's great when it works, but it's what ASP was about 7 years ago...a powerful tool with next to no real information. You'll have to try stuff, screw it up, try more stuff, screw more stuff up, get pissed off, fling objects at your computer, swear like a sailor, and get it a few hours later.

Here's a map I've built for the client of a client that outlines the criminal courthouses in the Greater Toronto Area. I've got a more complicated project in the works, but it's in the "incubator" stage and I can't really show it to you yet.

I use it on my blog, which is a bit painful thanks to Wordpress. But the maps are very nice...
