Without wishing to go into detail I am simply going to say one thing about the malicious webmaster thread that was on here a while back.

The site was removed from Google due to a very serious payment dispute, and to date the site has never been paid for by the company in question. The director of that company indicated to me that he had no intention of paying and that he had already made a copy of the site and would re-post it on his new web host regardless of any protests made by my company.

While he makes lofty claims about suing my company such claims are quite ridiculous as the legal ownership of the site does not lie with his company. Any lawsuit would be a fruitless and pitifully short sighted endeavor that would certainly backfire on the gentleman concerned.

At this time we are still hopeful that the gentleman concerned will discontinue the illegal use of his website so as we can all simply go about doing what it is we are best at without having to involve ourselves in futile meaningless battles.
