Put the keywords that summarise your page in the keywords meta tag and put the description of the page in the description meta tag.

The description might be seen as the snippet of text beneath your link in a results page, so make it attractive to visitors.

Well......use variations and or some logical words relevant to your site with your main keyword or keyword phrase and do not repeat exactly same keyword again and again in your keyword tag. Summarize your website in 2 or 3 sentences and your keywords also in your description.
