I am having a bit of a pr nightmare lately lol, my free chat site has gone from 4 down to 2 and now down to 0.

Does this mean i have been penalised for somthing ? my sites serps hasnt really changed, i have recently moved hosting compaines would this have any effect ? also ive dropped lots of pages that really didnt add any quality to my site, would this effect it also ?

No. & May do eventually.

Any idea why i might have suddenly lost all my rank then lol ? no my traffic seems the same for now ? its only happened over the last few days

To stop people buying links from you for PR. Only the people interested in buying links to manipulate the SERPs will be deterred by your low PR (which is what Google wants).

probably just the usual toolbar glitches.

Turn off the green bit of the toolbar, and never turn it on again

i dont sell links anyhow, so thats not an issue, even though i know pagerank it doesnt mean anything, just makes me wonder what ive done wrong to get 0 lol.

Well.....I have seen fluctuation in no of backlinks in google for my sites as first they increased and then decreased but not in case of PR as PR increased from 0 to 4.

But Google has treated strictly against relevancy and sites involve in selling links it may be the rwason of dropping PR of your site.
